  • Time of entry?

    From 2:00 p.m. you and your companions can occupy your rooms.

  • Departure time?

    The departure time is at 13:00 hrs. We have a hold for your luggage.

  • Do you accept pets?

    Our facilities are not adapted for the stay of pets so we cannot receive them.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    If you cancel with more than 30 days in advance you get 50% of the advance.

  • What public transportation is near the hotel?

    Station Allende de la línea 2 del METRO (Taxqueña - Cuatro caminos) and the station República de Chile del metrobus línea 4 (Aeropuerto-Buenavista).
